This page explains the terms for using the tundranorth.com website, and how Tundra North Co., Ltd. ("Tundra", "we", "us") handles personal data submitted through it. It does not cover the terms of any paid engagement (audit or build) with a client. Those are set out in the signed proposal for that engagement.

What this page does not cover
These terms apply to the use of this website only. The terms of a paid engagement with us (scope, fees, liability, ownership of what we build, warranties) are set out in the signed proposal for that engagement and are not affected by this page.
Terms of use
By using this website, you agree to the following:
-Purpose of the site. This site describes Tundra's services (AI audits and AI system builds) and lets you request a discovery call or send us a message. It is informational; it does not itself deliver any service or form a contract.
-No professional advice. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific results, savings, or timelines for your business. Any figures on this site describe past outcomes or a general description of what our services aim to do, not a prediction for your business. A real engagement quote follows a discovery call and, for an audit, a scoped assessment of your business.
-Acceptable use. You may not use this site to submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape or republish site content for commercial purposes without permission, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
-Intellectual property. The content of this site (text, design, logo, and brand assets) belongs to Tundra North Co., Ltd. unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.
-External links. This site may link to third-party sites (for example, a booking calendar or social profiles). We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
-Changes. We may update this site and these terms at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
-Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Privacy policy
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us, through:
-The contact form on this site: first name, last name, business email, company name (optional), and your message.
-The discovery-call booking page (/book-online, powered by Wix's booking tool): name, email, and any details you provide when booking.
-Site usage data, collected automatically by our website platform (Wix) and any connected analytics or AI-visibility tools: pages visited, general location (country/city level), device and browser type, and referral source. We do not use this to identify you personally.
We do not collect payment information on this site. No purchases happen here.
Why we collect it
-To respond to your enquiry or schedule a discovery call.
-To understand which pages and content are useful, so we can improve the site.
-To measure whether the site is being found and cited correctly by search engines and AI assistants. This uses aggregate visit data.
We have not enabled cookies or tools for third-party advertising or retargeting on this site, and we do not sell your personal data.
Where your data goes (cross-border transfer)
This site is hosted on Wix, a platform operated outside Thailand. Submitting the contact form or booking a call means your data is processed on infrastructure located outside Thailand. Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA Section 28), this is a cross-border transfer. Wix's hosting locations are not covered by an adequacy determination we have confirmed under Thai law. When you tick the consent box on the form or booking page, you give informed consent to this transfer, understanding that the destination may not meet Thailand's adequate-protection standard. If we add further tools that process this data, we will keep this section current.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form and booking submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we proceed to an engagement, for the duration of that engagement plus the record-keeping period required by Thai law (generally five years for accounting-related records). You can ask us to delete data we hold on you at any time.
Your rights
Under Thailand's PDPA, you have the right to:
-Know what personal data we hold about you and why.
-Request a copy of it.
-Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
-Withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, where we have no other legal basis to keep it.
